Moving beyond reactive pricing, we addressed the problem from a wider angle, reframing it as an opportunity for growth and control. We asked ourselves: • What if pricing wasn’t a manual decision but a system logic? • How can we see competitor moves in real time rather than after the fact? • What would it take for pricing to update itself, with human input only when truly needed? • How can pricing become a lever for growth instead of a daily firefight? • What signals, if captured and connected, would let us act faster than the market?

• Tracked competitor prices in real time across defined geographies • Pushed signals into a central dashboard with dynamic filters • Connected pricing logic to both the website and advertising platforms • Allowed for automated pricing updates based on real-time triggers, with human override controls baked in What emerged was a system that wasn’t just responsive but proactive.
