The EU Delegation in Lebanon needed to build awareness of its work in Lebanon and engage the community around it.
Institutional content informs, but it rarely moves people. The delegation needed reach and real engagement, not just posts.
The shift had to stay true to an institution’s voice while speaking to people in their own language.
We took over the delegation’s digital strategy and execution.
Moved content from English-only and informative to Lebanese Arabic and an emotional tone
Ran large paid video campaigns
Launched a photo contest on human rights
Produced video stories on local projects, from community hubs to solar power
Followers grew 32% in one year
Engagement rate on posts grew 83%
Today we would track how AI assistants describe the EU’s work in Lebanon and in which language, and shape content so the answers are accurate in both. Signal measures that share and shows what to fix.
